What happens when I initiate a transfer to Pulsant

This is for information only and is designed to give you a better understanding of what happens after we initiate the transfer of an Ascio domain and prior to the domain becoming fully managed by Pulsant.

After we have started the transfer process, Ascio send an email to the admin contact, so please ensure you have access to that email address. If you are unsure what this address is then please call us on 08451199999 and ask us to check for you. This email is usually sent within 5 – 10 minutes of Pulsant initiating the transfer.

The email will contain a link to Ascio which will open a page with a button which the admin contact will need to click to approve the transfer.

From this point on, Pulsant handle the rest of the process and we will endeavour to keep you updated on the process of the transfer.
