Can I forward my calls to another number?
Yes, you have the facility to remotely access your account and forward calls using the PBX system portal.
- Using a web browser access the PBX portal at https://ipbx.lumison.net
- Enter your username and password then press ‘Login’.
- On the left hand menu select ‘call forwarding’ to take you to the ‘call forwarding screen’.
- Enable the ‘Call Forwarding Always’ option.
- Enter the required number in the ‘Don’t ring my phone, immediately forward callers to’ field.
To remove the forwarding simply log back into the system and disable the ‘Call Forwarding Always’ option.
